I try to be as flexible as possible and absolutely understand that with work, children and life in general, sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided. However, I do ask that you also be mindful and respectful of my time and how short-notice cancellations can impact me, my business and other clients. I usually have a cancellation-list but with very short notice these spots can’t be filled.
You can pay in clinic via bank transfer or EFTPOS.
I have a pre-payment account which is no obligation and no contract. You just pay what you want, as you want and build up credit. The money is yours until you receive treatment so it can be refunded if ever required. If you prefer something more formal we can calculate a regular payment amount based on the treatment you require and how often it will be needed in order to achieve your specific cosmetic goals.

I am a registered nurse with over 20 years nursing experience, 10 years of which is in the cosmetic industry.
I was trained by a cosmetic doctor with 30 years experience and worked alongside him for 5 years ensuring my practice has been consistently reviewed, upskilled and tweaked. I undertake ongoing training and education each year to enhance my skills and keep abreast of the latest industry standards and developments.
All cosmetic injectable treatments are with me, so consistency, care and quality are guaranteed. Safety, high standards and consistent results are top of the agenda.

Everybody is unique so every treatment is individualised. There is no one-size-fits-all – your treatment will be tailor-made to meet your requirements.

Unfortunately treatments are not suitable for everyone. All treatments are medical-grade and therefore come with precautions and contraindications. All of our treatments are therefore subject to a pre-treatment health assessment to ensure your safety.
None of our treatments are suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. All treatments are contraindicated if you have an active skin condition/infection/fever or are on short-term antibiotics. Additionally each particular treatment has individualised precautions which we will discuss on consultation. We strive for the optimum outcome whilst maintaining a very high standard of safety and professionalism.
Yes! Our products are vegan and cruelty-free, with mostly organic ingredients. Our products are also sulphate and paraben-free.
Most of our products are made right here in New Zealand. We are proud of the fact that most of our suppliers are small, independent woman-owned businesses.
